PEANUT BUTTER CUP COOKIES
- 1 3/4 cup all purpose flour
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 cup white sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup shortening
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 egg
- 2 TB. milk
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 24 miniature peanut butter cups
- Pre-heat overn to 375 degrees
- Cream sugars and shortening together with a mixer.
- Add peanut butter and egg - mix well
- Mix in milk and vanilla with dry ingredients alternately.
- Press rounded tablespoons of dough into an ungreased mini muffin pan.
- Bake at 375 degrees for about 8 minutes. Remove from oven and immediately press a mini peanut butter cup into each ball. Cool and carefully remove from pan.
This is funny I was just thinking “I want to make something with peanut butter cups” and here we go! These cookies look great, I’m for sure going to try them! Well done, and thanks for post that!
ReplyDeleteThese cookies are so easy to make! Just make sure you don't fill the mini muffin tins too full otherwise the "lip" of the cookie goes over the sides too much and they will break when you try to take them out of the tin. Enjoy!
